White Oak School hosted its annual Open House and Family Picnic on Wednesday, October 1st. Chef Micks served up a wonderful assortment of sandwich platters,
families contributed delicious sides, and the Financial Literacy classes marketed freshly made treats. The weather was beautiful, and the White Oak community
arrived in great spirits to enjoy lawn games, music, fundraisers, conversation, and food. This year’s event
introduced a 3-point shot competition, won by 9th grader Lochlin Bowie who scored 10 shots in one minute. Congratulations, Lochlin! Thank you, Mrs. Sutter, for
organizing this wonderful event that brings our community together each Fall!
