The typical student at White Oak has language-based learning disabilities with impairments in reading, spelling, writing, math, executive functioning skills, social pragmatic skills, and expressive and receptive abilities.
White Oak offers rolling admissions throughout the school year.
No, White Oak is a private, state approved 766 school.
There are two paths to admission to White Oak. The first path is the privately funded student. The second is through gaining outplacement from your home school district through the referral process; this group of students is fully or partially funded by their home districts.
White Oak is not able to support students who have primary emotional or behavioral diagnosis.
White Oak has a Career Counselor who works closely with scholars to prepare them for life after high school. This preparation includes resume writing, attaining letters of recommendation, college and vocational program tours, employment opportunities, internships, and college dual enrollment.
A large percentage of our alumni move on to two or four-year colleges. Over the last 5 years, about 85% of students have been college-bound, approximately 10-13% receive vocational training after high school, and about 2-3% have stepped into transitional programs.
Unfortunately, White Oak does not offer scholarships or financial aid. However, our business manager can assist your family with payment plan options.

Daily Rate: $353.74
Tuition includes academic services, Speech and Language services, school-based counseling services, and lunch daily. The summer program is not included in this rate.
