Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee is a popular coed spring sport at White Oak School, open to students in grades 7–12. Known for its fast pace and emphasis on teamwork, the game is a student favorite and a fun way to round out the school year. One unique aspect of Ultimate Frisbee is that students act as their own referees, promoting honesty, communication, and sportsmanship on the field. The season offers an energetic, inclusive atmosphere where players of all experience levels can participate and enjoy the spirit of the game.
